Wheat
The following two recipes are from the "The Bread Machine Cookbook" by Donna German - an excellent book for bread machine breads!
Whole Wheat I
water 1&1/4 cup
margarine 1/4 cup
egg 1
sugar 2&1/2 tbs.
salt 1&1/2 tsp.
bread flour 2&2/3 cups
whole wheat
flour 1&1/3 cups
yeast 2 tsp.
Portuguese Sweet Bread
milk 7/8 cup
eggs 2
margarine 2 tbs.
sugar 1/3 cup
salt 1 tsp.
bread flour 3 cups
yeast 2 tsp.
Recipe from Debi Jones Spring 02 for Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
2 cups of flour
2 cups of oatmeal
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 baking powder
1 cup sugar
1 pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup vegetable shortening
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
Mix all the ingredients together. Make tablespoon-sized balls (lightly
compressed) and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
