Dennis C. Odero

Research Focus

Dr. Odero has a 65% extension and 35% research appointment in the Agronomy Department at the University of Florida. His responsibilities include development of weed management programs for sugarcane, rice, commercial sod, winter vegetables, and biofuel crops in both organic and mineral soils of southern Florida. Specific research areas include biology of weed-crop interactions, weed seed ecology, soil-herbicide interactions, herbicides evaluation, and interaction between pest management strategies.
