Research Focus
Determine the impact of rising atmospheric carbon dioxide and potential global climate changes (global warming and changes of rainfall) on crop photosynthesis, growth, and yield. Conduct research on use of field flood-water management for oxygen exclusion of high water table soils as an alternative to methyl bromide fumigation for control of weeds, nematodes and plant pathogens on high water table soils of Florida.
