Research is directed towards the environmental effects of invasive, non-native aquatic plants and the effects of management techniques. Research and training grants from numerous international, federal, state, and local agencies.
Responsibilities of the Executive Associate Vice President for Agriculture and Natural Resources
Serves as the coordinator for internal operations for the UF/IFAS, functions include: Facilities Planning and Operations, Legislative Affairs, Budget and Finance, Human Resources, IFAS Communication Services, Conferences and Institutes, and Information Technologies.
