If you would like to have the IT department diagnose a problem with your computer, please fill out the following form. Please keep in mind that, due to our schedule, we cannot have an open door for repairs. If you have an emergency, please fill this out and state that you need immediate attention. All emails are read upon receipt.
Keep in mind that the IT department does not work on student computers. Please call or email the UF Computing Help Desk for more information.
Please remember, I cannot install commercial software unless you, your lab, your professor or the department has purchased a license.
