Discounted Group Rate & Reservation Instructions
A block of rooms has been reserved for conference attendees at the discounted rate of $159/night (plus tax, currently 12.5%) for single or double occupancy. The room rate includes a complimentary continental breakfast.

Attendees are eligible for the discounted rate until Thursday, June 5th, 2025, or until the room block is full. Since the block of rooms may fill before the deadline, we urge you to make a reservation as soon as possible. This is a peak period for hotels in Gainesville due to UF Preview activities for thousands of students and their families, so don’t delay. Book your reservation as soon as possible.
