*Please note: Postdoctoral status does qualify for the discounted student rate. A photocopy of a valid student ID is required. Fee payments must accompany all registrations by the deadline to qualify for the applicable discount.
The short course attendee fee includes the following:
- Full participation in the short course
- Printed and digital PDF of the Program Book & Speaker Presentation Slides
- Daily mid-day and afternoon refreshments, and lunch from Monday- Friday.
Refund Policy
Requests for registration refunds will be honored if written notice of cancellation is received by the UF/IFAS Office of Conferences & Institutes (OCI) on or before June 24, 2024. A $250 processing fee will be deducted from all meeting attendee refunds and $150 from all student refunds. No refunds will be honored for cancellations after June 24, 2024. Special Needs
