*Please note: Postdoctoral status does qualify for the discounted student rate. A photocopy of a valid student ID is required. Fee payments must accompany all registrations by the deadline to qualify for the applicable discount.
The short course attendee fee includes the following:
- Full participation in the short course
- Printed and digital PDF of the Program Book & Speaker Presentation Slides
- Daily mid-day and afternoon refreshments, and lunch from Monday- Friday.
Refund Policy
Requests for registration refunds will be honored on a case by case and should be done before June 24, 2024 by emailing Carolina Vendrame at cvendram@ufl.edu
A $250 processing fee will be deducted from all meeting attendee refunds and $150 from all student refunds. No refunds will be honored for cancellations after June 24, 2024. If for any reason you need to cancel your registration, email Carolina Vendrame, Short Course Coordinator, cvendram@ufl.edu
Special Needs
