Dr. Bodie Fletcher
Position, Plant Science & Crop Physiology
Dr. Fletcher teaches courses that focus on plant science and crop physiology, with an emphasis on hands-on learning and engagement. Her research background is in plant breeding and genetics with a focus on the improvement of abiotic stress response and nutritional content of soybeans. Dr. Fletcher holds a B.S. in Crop and Soil Environmental Sciences (Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University), a M.S. in Crop Science (North Carolina State University), and a Ph.D. in Crop and Soil Science (Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University).
