Dr. Brett Bultemeier

Extension Assistant Professor, Weed Science & Invasive Plants

Dr. Bultemeier is responsible for developing new outreach materials to educate pesticide applicators on all aspects of pesticide use and safety. His Extension efforts focuses on certifying pesticide applicators in Florida for human and environmental health and safety. His background in research includes aquatic invasive plant management using herbicides. Before working at UF, Dr. Bultemeier worked on aquatic plant management and mosquito control in the private sector.
