Dr. Deah Lieurance
Assistant Extension Scientist, Agronomy
As an extension scientist in the Agronomy Department, Dr. Lieurance coordinates the IFAS Assessment of Nonnative Plants providing recommendations for the use of non-native plants in Florida. She is the 2021 recipient of the Rita Beard Visionary Leadership Award from the North American Invasive Species Management Association that individuals who have shown exceptional dedication and accomplishments regarding invasive species management or educational activities.
